What SaveDownloader does
SaveDownloader requests the public TikTok page, identifies public post metadata embedded in that page, and resolves supported media information. The service does not ask for your TikTok username, password, or private account cookies.
When a supported video is available, the download action sends the public post to SaveDownloader's download backend so the browser can receive the video file without relying on a direct CDN request that may be blocked.
Why a TikTok download can fail
A post can stop resolving if it is removed, made private, region-restricted, requires authentication, or if TikTok changes its public page or media delivery behavior. Temporary media information can also expire. When that happens, use the original public TikTok post URL again.
