SaveDownloader does not claim ownership of third-party media. Copyright and other rights remain with the applicable creators and rights holders.
What SaveDownloader provides
SaveDownloader is designed to resolve supported public Instagram, Douyin, and TikTok media information in response to a URL submitted by a visitor. It is not intended to operate as a permanent server-side archive of downloaded media.
Responsible use by visitors
Visitors are instructed to use the service only for public media they own, created, have permission to save, or otherwise have a lawful basis to download. Downloading a technically accessible file does not by itself grant permission to republish, distribute, monetize, or otherwise reuse it.
Submitting a rights-related report
If you believe the SaveDownloader website itself infringes your rights or facilitates access to material that should not be available through the service, email contact@savedownloader.com.
To help evaluate a report, include:
- Your full name and a reliable way to contact you.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe is affected.
- The exact SaveDownloader page and, when relevant, the public source URL involved.
- A description of your relationship to the rights at issue or your authority to act for the rights holder.
- A clear description of the action you are requesting.
- Any additional information reasonably needed to understand and evaluate the report.
Third-party source content
If your concern is that content remains publicly available on Instagram, TikTok, or Douyin itself, you may also need to contact the source platform or original uploader. SaveDownloader does not control source-platform posts or their content-removal decisions.
Repeat or abusive reports
SaveDownloader may ask for clarification when a report is incomplete and may disregard notices that are clearly fraudulent, abusive, unrelated to the service, or do not provide enough information to identify the issue.
Privacy of reports
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, login cookies, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information. Information submitted by email may be retained as reasonably necessary to review, respond to, document, or defend a rights-related request.
