If a supported public Instagram, Douyin, or TikTok URL fails, include the platform, the public URL format, the exact error message, and your browser/device type. Do not send passwords, login cookies, payment information, or private URLs.

SaveDownloader no longer uses a public GitHub issue tracker as its primary support channel. Email is preferred so reports that may contain URLs or other contextual information are not published publicly.
What to include in a support request
- A short description of what you expected to happen.
- The error text shown by SaveDownloader, if any.
- Whether the link is from Instagram, Douyin, or TikTok and the public URL format you used.
- Your browser and device type.
- Whether the same public post still opens normally on the source platform.
