By using SaveDownloader, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for media you are permitted to save.
Permitted use
SaveDownloader is provided for resolving supported public Douyin and TikTok media. You may use the service for content that you own, created, have permission to download, or otherwise have a lawful basis to save.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether your download and subsequent use of media complies with copyright, privacy, contractual obligations, platform rules, and applicable law. SaveDownloader does not grant you rights in third-party media.
Prohibited use
Do not use or attempt to use the service to access private, login-only, paywalled, DRM-protected, or otherwise access-controlled content. Do not misuse the service to bypass authorization, technical protection measures, security controls, or rate limits.
Automated and abusive traffic
Automated abuse, excessive traffic, attempts to evade service limits, interference with service operation, or activity that threatens reliability may be limited or blocked.
Third-party platforms and media
SaveDownloader is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, Douyin, or ByteDance. Public interfaces, post availability, and media delivery URLs are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.
Intellectual property
SaveDownloader does not claim ownership of third-party media. Copyright, trademark, publicity, and other rights remain with their respective owners. See the Copyright page for rights-related concerns.
Service availability
The service may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue functionality at any time. A public URL that works today may stop resolving if a source platform changes its public web behavior or the underlying media is removed or restricted.
No guarantee of downloads
SaveDownloader is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every supported public Douyin or TikTok link will resolve, that every browser will save media in the same way, or that a temporary third-party media URL will remain active.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means the current version of the terms applies to your use of the service.
